While we’re confident you’ll love your new riding jacket or gear, we understand that sometimes exchanges or returns are necessary. This policy is designed with the same attention to detail we put into our products.
Our Return Promise
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your gear. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we’ve made our returns process as smooth as shifting gears on an open road.
Important Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, customized leather jackets and motocross jerseys cannot be returned unless faulty. All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
Simple 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our Rider Support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following details using our template below:
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our Rider Support team will respond within 48 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address (77 Queen St, Preston, GB PR7O 8TY)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack your item securely in its original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and ship to our UK facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Timeline: 3-5 business days after we approve your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges Made Easy
Need a different size or color? Follow the same return process and specify your exchange preferences. We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return (additional shipping charges may apply).
International Returns
For riders outside the UK:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Refunds will exclude original shipping fees and any import taxes
Rider’s Tip:
For faster resolution, include photos of any defective items in your initial email. Our gear undergoes rigorous testing, but if something slipped through, we’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Customized or personalized leather jackets
- Motocross jerseys (unless defective)
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Products without original tags/packaging
