Our Rider-Focused Returns Policy

We stand behind our gear like you stand behind your machine. While we’re confident you’ll love your new riding jacket or accessories, we’ve made returns straightforward when needed.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged with all original tags and packaging
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our Rider Support team will respond within 48 hours with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Ship to our UK facility using a trackable method.

Refund Processing

  • Timeline: 3-5 business days after we approve your return
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Follow the same return process and specify your exchange preferences. We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return (additional shipping charges may apply).

International Returns

For riders outside the UK:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping fees and any import taxes

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized leather jackets
  • Motocross jerseys (unless defective)
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Products without original tags/packaging

Rider’s Tip

For faster resolution on defective items, include photos in your initial email. Our gear undergoes rigorous testing, but if something slipped through, we’ll make it right.
